About Team Final Black

The Team Final Black Foundation for Education & Athletics is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to mentoring, educating, and empowering young individuals to reach their full potential in life. Our primary focus is on academic achievement, leadership development, and community engagement, ensuring that the youth we serve are equipped with the tools they need for success beyond their formative years.

Through our mentorship programs, we provide guidance on academic responsibility, financial literacy, career readiness, and personal growth. We work closely with young people to instill values of discipline, integrity, and leadership, helping them navigate challenges both in school and in their personal lives. Additionally, we take pride in giving back to the community, with our participants actively engaging in volunteer initiatives such as community clean-ups, food drives, youth mentorship, and charity events.

As an extension of our mission, we also offer a basketball program through Team Final Black, which operates under the umbrella of Team Final EYBL, one of the most respected grassroots basketball organizations in the country. Our basketball program competes on the prestigious MADE Hoops “Invite-Only” Circuit (MHC), providing elite competition and exposure for our athletes. While basketball offers opportunities for high-level competition, college recruitment, and personal growth, our primary goal remains using sports as a tool for teaching life skills, accountability, and perseverance. Players in our program are expected to uphold high standards both on and off the court, reinforcing our belief that character and education come first.
